GROUND SHIPPING: Due to hand made custom jewelry - Orders received are shipped out 1-3 business day after the order is placed. Except for the $40 paid Express Shipping.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 1pm EST. Orders received after 1pm will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
